Australia Post Registered and insured. Flat rate $10

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver if the delay or failure is caused by something which is beyond our reasonable control such as riots, attacks, strikes or natural disasters.

Delivery Options - Outside Australia

Some Countries are listed in checkout. Flat rate $20 Australia post registerd and insured

Contact Us for a quote on deliveries outside of Australia that are not listed. You are responsible for any taxes or customs charges which may apply in your country. Customs clearance procedures may cause delay in deliveries.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you won't be available, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your parcel is available at your designated shipping address. If you failed to take delivery or provided an incorrect delivery address, your order may be returned to us.

We are not responsible for any item that is lost in the mail. When tracking shows that your item was delivered to your shipping address, we are not held liable if that parcel goes missing, if your home is unattended.

Australia Post usually leave it in a safe drop spot or they will take it back to the PO and issue you a collection note.

Some customers request leaving at the front door, this is at your own risk. We are not liable if Australia Post advises it was delivered, and you don’t receive it, due to theft.

If your parcel is lost by Australia Post, YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting them your tracking number we provided. We cannot do this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to follow up on delays or parcels lost.

We issue you tracking details to use and keep yourself updated, in case a problem arises.
